PICK UP TIMES
Pick up is strictly by appointment only.
Simply place your order online and after you are done send us an email at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au with your preferred pick up date, time and where you are located. You must select “pick up” option when placing your order! Please wait for an email confirmation before sending us an email to arrange a suitable time to pick up your order.
IDENTIFICATION
In order to to receive your order and protect your goods, you will need to bring the following in order to pick up your package :
- Printed copy of your order or a copy via your phone or email.
- Your photo ID which matches the First and Last Name of your order.
- You will be required to sign for your order on pick up.
If you are sending someone else to collect your order, we require that you notify us via email before they come to collect the order. The email needs to come from the email address on your order. Please provide us with the name of the person collecting the order. This person will also need to show photo ID when they collect the parcel as well as sign for your order.
We reserve the right to request further identification from ANY person collecting an order to protect the original purchaser.
ORDER PAYMENT
All orders must be paid for prior to collection. We are unable to accept payment for orders at our warehouse. We are unable to amend orders or accept new orders upon pick up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind due to hygiene reasons.
