WHAT ARE THE TEMPERATURES OF THE LDB FRIDGE (HOT AND COLD) ?
Temperature (Cold): down to 5 degrees celsius or 25 degrees celsius ambient. *Please note a standard household fridge's cold setting is lower than this and the mini fridge cannot become as cold as the household fridge.
HOW TO STORE AND CARE FOR YOUR LDB FRIDGE
Storage: store fridge away from direct sunlight, do not cover fridge, do not block the fan of the motor at the back of the fridge, this should be clear all times to prevent overheating of the mini fridge. The back of the fridge must have a 3cm-5cm gap away from objects for optimal ventilation (We will not be liable for any damages occurred as a result of not storing the product correctly. Incorrect storage of the LBD fridge will also have the warranty voided).
WHERE CAN I FIND THE INSTRUCTION SHEET ?
At L’atelier De Beaute we try to be environmentally friendly where possible. Due to this reason our mini fridges do not come with a paper copy of the care instructions. An electronic PDF version of our care instructions is available for download from our website under QUICK LINKS >INSTRUCTION SHEET. Access it at any time and never worry about misplacing or losing your care instructions ever again.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. However we are working on shipping internationally in the near future. So stayed tuned for that!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AFTER I MAKE ORDER ?
Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped within the next business day.
If you place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed or dispatched the next business day (Monday- Friday)
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change at any time. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day), public holidays, due to wild weather or due to other delivery carrier issues that are unforseen or unavoidable beyond L’atelier De Beaute’s control.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that you may change your mind. Once your order is placed you will have 3 hours to cancel your order. After that timeframe, all sales are final and we will be unable to cancel your order. When you place an order with L’atelier De Beaute, the funds are reserved for us by your bank- we don’t actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we do not take the money however please note it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to make the funds available to you again.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once you’ve placed your order we cannot make any changes, additions or amendments to the order itself. We can only amend the account and shipping details. If you have entered incorrect details please email us immediately at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au with your order number and correct details.
If the customer provides incorrect details and doesn’t notify L’atelier De Beaute in a timely manner, resulting in the order being dispatched with the incorrect details then we will not be held responsible. L’atelier De Beaute will waive their right to be held liable for the whereabouts of the order or retrieving it from the incorrect address, all costs will be bared by the customer.
ARE ORDERS TRACKED?
All mini fridge orders will come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. You can track the progress of your order in the My Account section. Face mask case orders do not come with a tracking number. We use the small parcel/ letter postage service to send them and tracking is unavailable on that service. If you are having any troubles, questions or cannot locate your tracking number please email hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please email us on hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?
Yes, pick up is available from Melbourne only. Simply place your order online and once you are done send us an email at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au with your preferred pick up date, time and area of location.
All orders must be paid for prior to collection. We are unable to accept payment for orders at our warehouse and cannot amend orders or accept new orders upon pick up.
DOES THE FRIDGE HAVE WARRANTY?
Yes! LDB Fridges come with a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. Should you experience a manufacturing fault, please email hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au for any warranty related issues or inquires.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind due to hygiene reasons.
LDB will not bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product.
