WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
At L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE we strongly believe in product quality and ensuring that our products are up to standard. If you experience any manufacturing faults within 1 year from purchase date, please contact us at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au so that we can help you resolve the issue.
Your L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE mini fridge is warranted against original defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE Instruction sheet.
This limited warranty provides, at no extra cost, all labour and parts to place your L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE mini fridge in proper operating condition during the warranty period. If not possible we will send a replacement or refund you the purchase price of the item if it is found that there is a manufacturing fault . This limited warranty is subject to terms and eligibility requirements.
TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorised sellers, returned within the warranty dates and have a physical product purchase receipt from the authorised seller. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, unauthorised modification, careless operation or handling, external sources such as weather, use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE, use of mini fridge other than for normal domestic purposes or any other use not in accordance or not found in the instructions sheet.
The manufacturer’s limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or clearing blockages from your mini fridge.
How long is the manufacturer’s limited warranty valid for?
L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE mini fridges come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE’S manufacturer’s limited warranty only applies to the authorised sellers listed. We are not liable for any mini fridge purchased from non authorised sellers.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Any implied warranties relating to your mini fridge, including but not limited to warranty of merchant ability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. This limitation is not allowed by some states and so this limitation may not apply to you. Your remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to the warranty service described above. L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE will not be liable for any consequential damages or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase and use of your mini fridge. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. This warranty is not transferable.
INITIATE A RETURN OR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
Before service can take place, the terms of the warranty require that you contact L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE via email at hello@latelierdebeaute.com. Please note the following:
– All work will be carried out by L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE or its authorised agents.
-Any replaced defective parts will not extend the period of this warranty.
– Service under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty
– If your mini fridge is not functioning properly, please contact L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE via email at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au. Most issues can be rectified over email or live chat by our trained customer care staff. If this is not possible L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE will arrange for your mini fridge to be repaired in full working order, if not possible we will give you a refund or a replacement.
STEP 1- CONFIRM AUTHENTICITY
Verify that your device was purchased from an authorised seller. Please be aware that if you purchase a product from any location not listed as authorised, the product(s) may be counterfeit, defective, and possibly harmful to use. Unfortunately, L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE can take no responsibility or warranty any products purchased through unauthorised sellers.

- Proof of purchase – you will upload a copy or image of your proof of purchase from an authorised seller. Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place to ensure you have this information.
