DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia wide!
Please note that the courier can only deliver to physical addresses we cannot deliver PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Free shipping offers are subject to change at any time or unexpectedly without notice as agreed upon checkout in our terms and conditions.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Your order will be despatched pending payment, credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.

 

TYPE OF DELIVERY SERVICE

 

We currently only offer a standard shipping service and do not have express shipping services available. If you need the product the same day you can choose to do a click and collect and pickup from our warehouse, this is only valid to our Melbourne customers.

Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped the following business day (Monday – Friday)

All mini fridge orders require a signature on delivery on the first attempt unless you opt for an Authority to Leave Safe delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a card will be left to organise a redelivery or advising which of the courier’s closest network location (such as a newsagent or service station ) the parcel has been dropped off at for you to collect at your convenience.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE TO TYPE OF DELIVERY (MINI FRIDGES ORDERS ONLY)

 

Please note due to COVID-19 our couriers have temporarily removed the Signature on Delivery service to have all deliveries be an Authority To Leave Safe for contactless delivery. We thank-you for your patience and understanding.

 

HOW TO REORGANISE A REDELIVERY? (MINI FRIDGE ORDERS ONLY)

 

If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, the redelivery process is simple:

  1. The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery.
  2. You will receive an email notification for instructions
  3. Follow the instructions and book a redelivery.
  4. If it’s not booked for redelivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to L’atelier De Beaute. If it gets sent back to L’atelier De Beaute then we will not be liable for any shipping costs to have it resent to you as the customer. A $25 AUD redelivery fee will be passed on to you and be payable in full before the product can be sent out for delivery again.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (MINI FRIDGE ORDERS)

 

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (FACE MASK CASE ORDERS)

 

Unfortunately face mask cases orders do not come with a tracking number. We use the small parcel/ letter postage service to send them and tracking is unavailable on that service.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

 

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change at any time. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales, COVID-19, Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day), public holidays, due to wild weather or due to other delivery carrier issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable beyond L’atelier De Beaute’s control.

**Please note, these timeframes are once your order has been dispatched by us. We generally allow 24 hours for dispatch, during sales or promotional periods this may be slightly longer.

**Please note: During sale, promotional events, COVID-19 delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times above. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, COVID-19 etc.)

**Please note: our couriers have advised there may be delivery delays due to COVID-19. We thank-you for your patience and hope you are staying safe.

 

If you have not received your items after the estimated delivery time (business days only) from the date of making your order, please email us  at hello@latelierdebeaute.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at the nearest courier network location for collection.

 

DELIVERY EXCLUSION AREAS

 

Unfortunately there are zone/area/places/postcodes exclusions of Australia we cannot deliver to.

They are as following but are not limited to:
– Christmas Islands

– Coco (Keeley) Islands

– Norfolk Islands

– Any islands

– Barges

– Australian Antarctic Territories

 

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if, we cannot deliver to your address as it falls into the couriers delivery exclusion zone.

If we are unable to supply you with an item under this circumstance we will inform you of this by e-mail. If you have already paid for the items, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – NEW ZEALAND (ZONE 1) 

 

We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand. All International orders are sent via Australia Post on an international standard delivery service**  Custom or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE is NOT responsible for covering these costs. Shipments may be subject to import taxes. Duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. **Please note out carriers can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Restante.

Please note, should your order exceed these flat rate charges due to weight or delivery area, we will contact you regarding further shipping costs.

TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

 

Once your order is despatched you will receive a tracking number for your international delivery. Stay updated with online tracking and email notifications along the way. You’ll get an email when your item’s posted, when it arrives in the destination country and when it’s delivered.

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 

 

Our international delivery service is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDUP). This means that the receiver of the good has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel. Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect the parcel. Unfortunately, L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE does not have access to the details of the different charges for each countryL’ATELIER DE BEAUTE does not cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you contact your local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges will be before placing an order. 

 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES 

 

If you refuse any shipments from L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us and we are charged. By placing your order on L’ATELIER DE BEAUTE, you are responsible and understand there maybe be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing shipment, any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including original shipping amount.
